Privacy Policy

• Class Fees must be paid before any classes are undertaken.
• Members must hold a valid British Gymnastics insurance policy to take part in any classes. Parents/Guardians are responsible for organising this.
• Unattended classes are non refundable.
• Class cannot be made up as we need to comply with coach to child ratios.
• Parents/Guardians may only attend parent assisted classes.
• For safety reason all participants must have their hair tied up and wear sports clothing. No Jewellery permitted. Bare feet only in the gym.
• Children should arrive accompanied by parent/guardian 5 minutes prior to scheduled class time and be picked up promptly at the class finishing time.
• Tilt operates a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour, swearing or other offensive language towards Tilt staff or to other members.
• For safety reasons we would ask that parents not distract their children during the class at any time.
• Tilt operates a zero tolerance policy if violence or bullying occurs to another member.
• Food is not permitted in the gym, children may bring a plastic water bottle.
• Photography is strictly not permitted in the gym. The only exception may be designated display days.
